Booking-site terms
Every shop on Fadelio has its own booking site — and that site carries its own terms of service and privacy page. This page explains how those documents work. If you're a client looking for the terms of your booking, the shop's own site is where they live — linked from its footer and its confirmation emails.
1Who a booking is with
A booking is a contract between the client and the shop — never with us.
The appointment, the price, the deposit, the gift card and the haircut are all the shop's (Fadelio Terms §2). Fadelio is the software the shop runs on: we process the client's details only on the shop's behalf, as its processor, under the Data Processing Agreement. Questions about an appointment or a charge go to the shop; the shop has every tool to answer them.
2What every shop's site carries
Fadelio provides each shop a terms page and a privacy page as a professionally drafted template — bookings, cancellation, prices and payment, conduct, and what happens to a client's data. The shop is the party bound to its clients by them. They're deliberately short and readable: a client should understand their booking in one sitting.
3Live figures, not boilerplate
The numbers in a shop's terms aren't typed twice: the cancellation policy a shop configures — its free-cancellation window, late fees, no-show fee — renders live into its terms page, exactly as the booking flow applies it. And the policy shown when a client books is frozen onto that booking, so a later change never reaches back.
4Fourteen languages
A shop's booking site — its legal pages included — is published in the fourteen languages the platform speaks, with right-to-left support in Arabic. Translations are for convenience; as everywhere on Fadelio, the English text governs (Terms §18).
