Then you want the shop, not us. Fadelio is the software your barbershop runs on — we can't see, move or cancel your appointment, and we don't take your payment; the shop does.

To change or cancel: open the link in your confirmation email or text. It goes to a page where you can manage the booking yourself, with the shop's own cancellation policy on it.

Lost the email? Ring the shop. Their number is on their booking site, and they can find you by your phone number or email.

Refunds are the shop's decision and come from the shop. Ask them first — if they've agreed one and it hasn't arrived, we'll happily chase it with them.

Email hello@fadelio.com from the address on your account and tell us your shop's name. Things we get asked most:

Can't sign in — use the reset link on the sign-in page. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam first, then write to us; we can see whether it was sent.

Payouts — money from your bookings goes from Stripe straight to your bank, on Stripe's schedule. It never passes through us. Your Stripe dashboard shows exactly when each payout left.

Your data is yours. Export your clients, bookings and takings from the dashboard whenever you like, in a format you can open in a spreadsheet. You don't need to ask us, and you don't need to be leaving.

Cancelling — you can stop your subscription from the dashboard at any time. No notice period, no exit fee, and your data stays exportable while you close things down.

For a data request under UK GDPR — access, correction or deletion — email hello@fadelio.com and say which shop you dealt with. If you're a client of a shop, that shop is the data controller and we act on their instructions, so we'll route it to them and make sure it's answered.
