How to switch from Square Appointments to Fadelio
Get your client directory into a barber-built system in about 20 minutes.

Move your clients across in ~20 minutes

Sign in to your Square Dashboard on a computer.

Go to Customers → Directory, then Import/Export → Export — Square emails or downloads a CSV.

Save that file (Downloads folder is fine).

In Fadelio, go to Clients → Import, pick the file, and check the preview.

Click Import — names, numbers and emails are mapped for you, duplicates merged.
Good to know · Square's export is your customer directory, not future appointments. Re-add any booked-in appointments when you go live (~20 minutes for a typical shop), or hand us the file and we'll set it up.
