How to switch from Booksy to Fadelio (keep your clients, drop the commission)

Move your clients across in ~20 minutes

    Open Booksy on a computer and go to your Customers list.

    Look for Export or Download customers — you'll get a CSV file.

  3. 3

    Save the file (Downloads folder is fine).

  4. 4

    In Fadelio, go to Clients → Import, choose the file, and review the preview.

  5. 5

    Click Import — your customers are in, deduped by phone number automatically.

Good to know · Booksy exports your customers, not your upcoming bookings. Re-add any already-booked appointments when you go live (usually ~20 minutes), or email us the list and we'll do it for you.
